Minimum Stays may be required.
Reservations: First nights stay taken by Visa or Master Card, as an advance payment to secure your guest room and dates. The balance with city tax, is due at check in, and can be paid by Visa, Master Card or Cash.
Cancellations: Fourteen (14) days notice required and a $25.00 cancellation fee will apply. 14 days or less notice will pay first nights room rate.
Cancellations on Holidays & Special Events: 50% of the room rate is due at the time the reservation is made. A refund, less a $25.00 processing fee will be made, only if 100% of your reservation can be replaced with another booking.
Check In – 2:30pm–6pm Check Out – 11:00am.
Late Check Ins after 6pm – Please call or email, and we would be happy to make special arrangements for you.
We have reserved your guest room and dates especially for you, and expect you to stay the entire length of your confirmed reservation. No refunds will be made for early check outs.
No Pets Please. Smoking permitted outside, on the front porch area only.
